Our latest implementation for the manufacturing industry involves the usage of newer technologies to assist in data capture and reporting. We have developed industry 4.0 standard applications that help with critical data capturing and analysis during the production processes in order to achieve very high quality standards and efficiency consistently.

We have also built comprehensive SCM packages that synergise with the ERP’s and help the customers to handle their critical supply chain. Our SCM have helped the customers with maintaining optimal and faster inventories supplies at all the times with all the vendor related communication being handled through it.

Handling production management is our speciality. From Material Resource planning to Production receipts, handling Job/Process cards, production booking, sub-contracting, and comprehensive reporting that include production costing and efficiency reports we have implemented our solutions that cater to both line and discrete manufacturing industries.

Sales Management

The solutions we’ve developed and deployed include comprehensive sales management capabilities that cover all activities from Sales Order to Invoicing. We are versed with all operations related to sales like handling pricing based on vendors or geographies, multiple taxing, handling sales returns, sales promos, etc.

From standard inventory management features to handling multi bin inventories we have and are capable of building and handling any kind of Inventory management solutions that may be needed. We have also designed and deployed smart inventory picking devices that use industry 4.0 technologies that aid with handling inventory picking in a smarter and quicker manner.

Financial Management

From standard finance management features like receipting, payments, journalising, handling reconciliation and maintenance of the various account books, we have handled almost all accounting related development. Viewing the balance sheet and the unadjusted profit and loss statement at all the time, automatic cheque printing are some of other features we had built for some of the customers.

MIS Reporting

We have built very comprehensive reporting systems that also involve graphical reporting as per the customer needs. From all kinds of standard reports to special reports like margin analysis, bin wise stock reporting we are experienced in building any kind of reports. We have also designed and deployed special query based reporting tool that can help the customers to generate their own reports using simple queries.
